1 INTRODUCTION
THIS study examines the effect of accounting information systems for listed companies in the services sector in the Amman Stock Exchange on e-commerce. As known the service sector in Jordan is the most important sector between another sectors in (ASE) , Therefore, the need arises to pay attention to this sector to see how technological development quotient, and particularly the presence of companies use accounting information systems, and with a process of ecommerce in its the marketing organizing.
