Path to Locate Article:
Clearly state all steps taken to enter library, access CINAHL Advanced Search (include limits set), search for article (including search terms used), and view the full text of the article. My first step was going to the Library website http://library.chamberlain.edu ,then I went to left side of the page and selected the Database tab from the menu list. The next step was clicking on the “ C “ to be able to access and search the CINAHL database. My next step was to enter my student ID # and my password this brought me to the CINAHL landing page from there I clicked on Medline & CINAHL link.
The next step was checking the box in CINAHL plus with full text.
In the top I typed in the topic : Leadership in nursing then I checked on the left side of the page full text and peer reviewed, I than determined the timeframe of from which the Article should be from ( not older than 5 years ).My next step was to select the language the article is written in and that it is peer reviewed. I than
Checked the box that the first Author of the article should be a nurse .From there I selected under the journal subset : nursing.
My next selection is the Geographic subset which I checked USA
The publication type would be: Journal Article
For the Sex and Age group I selected the choice : all
The box to be checked was the number of pages for the Article: I selected greater than 3.
The next option that I had to choose of was PDF and full text which I did select .
Last step was search
Authors and Credentials:
