Nutrition and Fitness Nutrition and fitness are very important in a person’s life. As one will notice that the government of each state are trying to incorporat healther programs to help kids and the adults become healthier in their life styles. It is so hard for people to eat right and be motivated to exercise because there either is not enough time in the day or the people need foods that are fast. Eatting fast food can ultimately cause him or her to become more obese and be very expensive. With in this paper one will address the current fitness and nutritional habbits that I have aquired and one will address some of the health risk associated with obesity. Furthermore, one will identify and describe three new fitness habits that can reasonably be incorporated into my already present lifestyle. In addition, one will find out how these new habits could improve my health. Next, one will identify the there new nutritional habits that I can incorporate into my lifestyle while address the new habits to improve my health. Furthermore, I will discuss how each new promote healthy-weight management and benefit my health in general.
Fitness and nutritional habits. To be perfectly honest my fitness level is simi poor. I find that I only exercise once or twice a week if not that. It usually not more than 15 minutes at a time when I do find the time or motivation to want to exercise. I mentally want to exercise but my mind makes me feel like I do not want to, which is cased by lack of motivation. If I do exercise I usually do abs or kettle bells to rase my heart rate. I have also tried to run but I have a hard time trying to do this because of babysitting issues. My nutritional habits have improved greatly form what they used

...Nutrition and Fitness During the past 2 ½ months the physical activity level has been none and eating habits have been anything but nutritional. Having shoulder surgery has put a stop to all activities that caused any discomfort to the shoulder area, per doctor’s guidance. Eating habits was anything that was easy to access out of a bag or anything chocolate. This week I have been given the green light to increase physical activity and the pain is gone upon walking longer distances. This allows more time to go for walks and possible use of the elliptical equipment that is sitting in another room collecting dust. I have gained several pounds during these sedentary months and need to lose the extra weight. The weight gain has not put me in the obesity category of having “excessively high amount of body fat” (Donatelle, 2010), that could lead to high blood pressure, higher cholesterol or low self esteem. What has been experienced is the inability to participate in activities or unwillingness to socialize due to weight gain.
