...以計劃行為理論與科技接受模型來探討行車紀錄器之購買決策 研究生：林立祥 指導教授：方國定 目錄 圖目錄 * 緒論 1.1研究背景與動機 隨著經濟的快速發展，機動車輛成為人民生活進步不可或缺的工具之一，然而，目前2010年台灣地區的機動車輛登記數已達22,205,436輛，如圖1所示，然而，隨著機動車輛快速的增加，交通事故的發生率也越來越高，根據警政署在今年四月的統計，2010年造成人員傷亡的交通事故計有19萬9,303件，較2009年多增加了8.2%，衛生署(2011)也公布了99年國人十大死因，因事故傷害而死亡人數有6,669人位居第6，較相關慢性病患死亡人數多，也充分顯示了台灣地區事故發生率的頻繁和造成的死傷人數並不低。 圖1 2010年台灣機動車輛登記數 資料來源:交通部公路總局 因此，行車的安全開始廣泛的被許多人研究，行車紀錄器的出現帶給了許多駕駛一個安心的期待，行車記錄器（EDR）是一個安裝在汽車上，用於記錄駕駛狀態等資訊，以便在有法律糾紛時提供證據。車禍發生後，從行車記錄器上收集到的相關資料可以用於分析事故原因和確定責任人。在台灣地區如此頻繁的發生交通事故，許多人便會因此替車安裝該記錄器，以確保在道路上發生的任何事故可以留下一份證據。 在這樣的時空背景中，發展出本研究的動機。希望可以藉由本研究了解消費者採買行車記錄器時挑選的原則，購買行車記錄器的動機，以及消費的購買之意願。 1.2 研究目的 Davis 於1989 年所提出的科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)，Taylor and Todd(1995)進一步修改並進行實證分析，結果發現在資訊科技領域裡預測消費者的購買行為有不錯的解釋力。且Ajzen在1985年提出計畫行為理論 (Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB)認為消費者做決策時的行為會由個人的態度、主觀規範與知覺行為控制三個重要因素共同決定。所以，本研究將結合計劃行為理論和科技接受模型兩個方面來探討。並了解消費者購買行車記錄器時，影響消費者行為的各項因素之關係。 故本研究地研究目的為： 1. 探討影響消費者購買行車記錄之意願內外在因素。 2. 探討影響消費者購買行車記錄器的購買動機與實際購買行為間的因素。 3. 以計劃行為理論和科技接受模型來建立消費者對行車記錄器的購買行為模型 1.4 研究流程 本研究之研究流程可分成八個步驟，如圖2所示，分別說明如下： 一、確認研究方向 經由實務的觀察與文獻的閱讀，評估研究的可行性，並確定研究目的、對象與動機。 二、文獻探討與資料蒐集 蒐集與本研究相關之文獻，將文獻歸納並彙整，借由文獻建立本研究之研究架構 三、建立研究架構與假說 針對研究中欲探討的問題，輔以蒐集整理的相關國內外論文形成研究架構，並建立研究假說 四、問卷設計 針對研究架構中所形成的構面及欲探討的問題，參考文獻中的量表，並針對研究內容子加以修正量表，使問卷設計的內容更具適切性。 五、問卷前測與修訂 根據第四步所形成的問卷，在實際發問卷之前，請該領域專家進行前測。修改完成後，再進行試測的動作，回收試測問卷再適當的進行修訂。 六、資料蒐集 經由設計好之問卷，並確認研究中的樣本對象，將問卷發放給受測者填寫並回收，以立意抽樣(Judgmental Sampling)方式抽樣本。 七、統計分析與假說檢定 ...
