The four styles of creative thinking are instruments that many uses to help make decisions easier. These decisions focus on life experiences, education, environment, beliefs, and other people thoughts. The four styles of creative intelligence are intuition, innovation, imagination, and inspiration. These four styles are instruments of organizations that are use to create a business and make it different from their competitors. An organization is created with a desire to start a business, goals they want to accomplish, wealth, and some organizations focus on making a difference in their community. The four styles of intelligence is the force behind implementing the plan and following through to success. The intuitive style focuses on experiences and events that occurred. Some managers use the intuitive style to avoid the same mistakes and issues within the organization. The intuitive style is a useful tool for quality control. If there are frequent issues within an organization is essential to learn from past and avoid making the same mistakes and occurring issues. When the same mistakes and issues occur often this behavior can have a negative effect on customers and employees. Applying intuition when necessary can have a positive effect on many organizations. Innovation focuses facts and data. Organizations use innovation to help determine decisions, goals, and plans for the future. Innovation can be a challenging style to apply within an established organization that is accustomed to doing the same things. Innovation is a tool leaders must implement throughout the organization by conducting meetings, trainings, and other tools to help support innovation within the organization. Managerial positions significantly play an important role on innovation. Creativity, innovation, and design are three factors that should be considered by decision makers in any business.
