...My Weekly Report in My Training in Pizza Hut Sm Cebu Joanna Paula Uy Gonzales BSHRM 2 1st Week of December I was very excited that finally I can have my OJT because in my imagination having an OJT is fun, but it was wrong, because it is not an easy job. On my first day of my training I was oriented by Ms. Emily Roma the Manager of Pizza Hut SM Cebu. She was a very strict manager because she wants that everything is perfect. So as a trainee I feel frighten to her. On my first week, I can really feel the pain in my legs and feet. On that first week of my OJT I wanted to quit, because I feel exhausted after my shift. But I pursue to continue to have my OJT because it is for my own good. Ms. Emily assigned me at making the pizza which is pretty cool for me because I really want putting toppings in the pizza. Kuya Hammer and Kuya Jason are the one who taught me what toppings that to be put in a certain flavor of the pizza and its standard amount, like mozzarella cheese, ham, pineapple, etc. 2nd Week of December It is already the second week of my trainee but still I didn’t memorize yet the flavor of the pizza but I really try my best to know them all. So I always keep on asking to Kuya Hammer and Kuya Jason what pizza flavor they are making. The first flavor I know is the “ALOHA” which has a mozzarella cheese, diced ham, spiced ham, and...

...Chapter I INTRODUCTION One method of enhancing and enriching the skills of students is by undertaking the On-the-Job Training. Students who are taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology are given the chance to undergo the so called On-the-Job Training to be able to apply the knowledge they acquired from school to their respective chosen agencies. It is the beginning of the greatest educational experience a BSIT student would encounter. It is one way of developing their sense of responsibility upon performing the given task by their supervisors and the rest of the office staff. It is also the time for a BSIT student to develop the desirable traits of a future office worker. Thus, a BSIT student has the opportunity to develop attitudes, skills and understanding which is necessary in the field of information technology particularly in the IT/ computer-related workplaces as IT professionals. As BSIT students, the On-the-Job Training provides a background of what is really going-on in a certain office. On-the-Job Training provides the opportunity in promoting worthy values and developing strong moral character among other people in the community. It is one of the factors that are helpful to the students in enriching and enhancing their knowledge learned at school. It is also one way of preparing the BSIT student in the real world of works after schooling. The development of the student who undergoes such training can be determined through the...

...My Narrative Report During the first day of my ojt( March 28, 2013) I felt so nervous and to experience this t the same time exited. Nervous beasause it was my first time to experience this type of training. Because normally students are required to take this type of training outside the campus but me and my colleagues are not. We take this training inside the campus. Being a first timer, there are some errors that I encounter, But because Maam cha and our Dean ( Doc. Mario A Fetalver Jr.) they guiding us on how to do things right. Our ojt (on the Job training) in College Of Arts and Sciences was so exciting even every day we are busy to do things as part of our ojt.. Although we are busy to fulfill our ojt in CAS our effort has a great change because every day we learn many things in our Dean and Faculty members, First is how to entertain a visitors and also the students. Specially on the day enrollment, there are some new faces we encounter and also the transfery students from otheir colleges. Second is to respect the teachers, student and other people. Because during enrollment week your temper and attitudes will be measure because you will encounter different attitudes of students. Third in terms of computer, Ilearn more things from our Dean, Because he has some ideas on how to become perfect our enrollment..and because of this training I cionclude what I want..
