The most attractive point of online therapy is that it can be done from the privacy of your home and this may provide further comforting to those who need it. Another attraction could be that your anonymity and privacy are completely private and secured. The way it works is that most people use online service for simple two reasons: one would be to get immediate attention and the other would be to seek on going treatment. My Therapy Couch discuss the different of methods used in which one is Direct Counseling which is email consultant, Email Therapy, Private Therapy, and one on one counseling these methods are considered the most common easiest and fast form of communication. In addition to the most common service My Therapy Couch offers another outlook that they Online Therapies do not offer is that not only do they match a client with a therapist. But also with a support team that is focused on the client needs. Their mission is simple that they are here to help and the goal is to provide the client with the tools and support need to improve life. They believe that it is not their job to find the answer to your questions but to give the client the tools they need to find their answers themselves.

Lagerson Online Therapy The purpose of this paper is to investigate and to report how on-line therapy is currently being implemented in treatment today. I will be looking at three different current services and how they are regulated, how they are implemented, security issues, ethical issues, and treatment facilitation. In my opinion on-line therapy offers some unique advantages both for the client and the therapist. ...What is online therapy? People who receive therapy vary widely in their problems and their motivations to solve them. The most obvious candidates for therapy are individuals experiencing sudden and highly stressful situations such as a divorce or unemployment, people who feel overwhelmed by the crisis conditions in which they find themselves that they cannot manage on their own. The people typically feel quite vulnerable and tend to be open to therapy because they are motivated to alter their present intolerable mental states. Some people enter therapy somewhat as a surprise to themselves. Many people entering therapy have experienced long-term psychological distress and have had lengthy histories of maladjustment. They have had interpersonal problems, such as an inability to be comfortable with intimacy, or they may have felt as though susceptible to low moods that are difficult from them to dispel. Individuals with chronic unhappiness and inability to feel confident and secure may prompt them to seek outside help. Some people who enter therapy have problems that would be considered relatively normal. That is, they appear to have achieved success, have financial stability, have generally accepting and loving families, and have accomplished many of their life goals. They enter therapy not out of personal despair or impossible interpersonal involvements, but out of a sense that they have not lived up to their own expectations and realized their own potential. There are several...

Dreams

...Writer’s Memo Through doing the research about dreams I have learned a vast about of important information from how to write an annotated bibliography, how to use VCU’s library system online, how to critically dissect as well as review my paper and the most important what different people believe a dream means to them. Once again my knowledge of VCU’s online library research system came in handy. Because I knew the correct ways to search of information through this data base it helped eliminate unneeded information. The writing workshops gave me and in depth look and how to read a paper from the readers point of view versus just the writer’s voice. It also gave me a chance to see how other people would create such a paper and gave me tips on where I was lacking strength. Having someone else read and criticized your work humbles you as well as gives you room to grow as a writer. Along with the workshop having you look over my paper and giving me your feedback helped be discover ways I could elaborate and fix my claim. Since this is the second time I have written and read research on the topic of dreams I feel like I have a stronger understanding of how beneficial dreams are to your lives. If I have dream that frightens me I know have a idea of where it came from and how it relates to my day to day life because I have read so many different views and opinions on dream analysis. Learning about the different ways people view the ‘meaning’ of a dream really...
