Opening Statement
I'm the sales director of the company GEMALTO and I am meeting one of the IT specialist from the famous British bank Barclay.
The fact that GEMALTO is a big player in the business with cashless payment (hardware and software) and the headquarters of both companies located in the same area shows that my company and Barclay know each other very well. The open atmosphere allows me to meet them for lunch.

Sales director (Me): Hello Evan (quality manager), hello John (IT specialist) thanks for coming to lunch. Can I recommend you the Pasta here, it's awesome.
IT: Thank you Jan. Thank you for the invention. So how is business doing.
SD: Welcome. Business is doing good, we are developing a new cashless payment smartphone app especially for developing countries. Win-win situation for everyone.
IT: Really? I mean what about the security standards? How can you secure that nothing will happen, I mean in developing countries it's not unusual that online pirates are hacking your account.
SD: We developed a new security and safety system, it has the highest security standards and works completely different from our old system. The mobile connects to our servers with a encrypted connection and also we check the so called “4 numbers code” which is changing every week. So criminals will have a lot problems to hack your account, it's almost impossible.
IT: Impressive. Really impressive.
SD: So what is wrong with your system? I read in the New York Times that you had some problems with your system.
IT: Yes, the problem is your old system is not efficient enough. Other banks are way more better and more up-to-date. Our main business is investment, but online banking and online services are getting more and more important for our company.
SD: I told you about our new cashless system for developing countries. A similar system will

Cisco recently introduced new video surveillance IP cameras and monitoring software targeted for small businesses. As corporate security technology and services become increasingly network-delivered and database-driven, the physical security market presents a compelling incremental growth opportunity for Cisco that we believe can exceed the billion dollar annual revenue threshold in the next 35 years. The physical security industry has been undergoing a paradigm shift toward convergence, whereby previously disjointed functions of IT security and physical security are experiencing greater formal cooperation. Organizations continue to implement more IP-based video surveillance cameras and building access controls both to upgrade capabilities and to reduce operational costs. Deploying IP-based security upgrades capabilities and reduces operational costs. Through the IP network a security system can assign priority to data and automatically discover new nodes such as IP cameras and control sensors, eliminating the time and effort of manual provisioning. Shifting building access controls from isolated networks to existing IP networks that house data, voice, and video can improve incident detection and assessment, authenticating both the user and device to provide efficient integrity checks. • Video...
