Preface
The concept of Lean has been known for Grundfos for many years. It is not until the last few years, the work with Lean have been targeted. Today the company has a lean department. This service will employ up to 30 people in the future. They are already starting to hire more employees in the department. The company thinks of lean as a philosophy, and in the department talks about that it is actually a religion.
