The author’s opinion on the subject cannot be found within the article, but she does present supportive evidence corroborated by experts in their fields that suggest legalizing organ sales could be damaging. This supportive evidence includes data on the shortage of organs and its effects, the actual monetary worth of a kidney, and an ethical dilemma – what happens when you put a price on a human life?
