Organisation structures can be broadly classified into the following types/forms:
Line Organisation structure.
Functional Organisation structure.
Line and staff Organisation structure.
Product Organisation structure.
Committee and Matrix Organisation structure. .1 Line Organisation Structure

Line Organisation (also called Military/Scalar Organisation) is the oldest and the simplest form of internal Organisation structure authority moves directly from the top level to the lowest level in a step-by-step manner. It is straight and vertical. The top-level management takes all major decisions and issues directions for actual execution. The general manager, for example, issues order to various departmental managers. Thereafter, the departmental manager issues instructions to works manager.
Advantages of Line Organisation Structure
Simplicity: Line Organisation structure is easy to understand and follow by superiors and subordinates. It is simple and clear as regards authority and accountability.
Prompt decisions: Line Organisation facilitates prompt decision-making at all levels as the authority given is clear and complete.
Discipline: It brings discipline in the Organisation due to unity of command, delegation of authority and direct accountability.
Economical: Line Organisation is economical as experts are not appointed.
Attraction to talented persons: Line Organisation brings out talented workers and develops in them quality of leadership. It offers opportunities of self-development to employees.
Quick communication, high efficiency, flexibility and high employee morale are some more advantages of line Organisation structure.

...Organizational Design and Structure One of the wonderful things about being a coach is that I meet hundreds of executives who freely share their business and leadership challenges with me. As well as helping me understand how hard it is to run an organization, they show me how they are managing to adapt — or not — to changing organizational structures. A constant theme during meetings over the last three years has been how globalisation and the economic crisis have forced organizations to rethink their strategies and change they way they operate. From what I can gather, much of this has been "on the hoof," with companies switching their focus from markets to products or competitors, rather than looking at the big picture. This can result in lots of piecemeal change initiatives rather than looking at the overall organizational design. I rarely come across leaders who advocate wholesale organizational redesign or use it as a way to support their people and business. When organizational strategy changes, structures, roles, and functions should be realigned with the new objectives. This doesn't always happen, with the result that responsibilities can be overlooked, staffing can be inappropriate, and people — and even functions — can work against each other. Sie wird in einem psychiatrischen Austalt geboren. Ihre Mutter war eine Krankenschwester und ihr Vater ist ein Insasse. Sie ist in dem Irrenhaus aufgewachsen. Deshalb ist es alles, das sie kennt. Sie wird auch eine Krankenschwester und wir sehen Sissi, wie sie weit über ihre Pflichten hinausgeht, als sie einen Insasse sexuell begriedigt.
