The role of leadership and how it can impact organizational performance
What is the leadership? Leadership has been described as the process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task.[1]. The most effective leaders are those who can organize the cooperation and assistance of all members of the company to accomplish goals and objectives. Organizational system leadership is the ability to create energy, motivation and action in a group of people based on mutual values and ideas. We generally see that kinds of leaders. The leaders should give the directions of action and takes part in the process alone or with team. We know that there are lots of leaders in different styles and models. They all can be successful or unsuccessful on their targets. The important thing that finding correct style or model for organizational. That is why the leaders should develop themselves all the time. Techniques of leading must changes with changing times, with variance in customs, and with the differences in the ideals of the society of our day. In the Alan Mulally’s case, Alan Mulally made some strategic moves in the Ford company and these gave good results.

In my opinion, leaders should have some qualities. First, they should listen everyone. They should pay attention and listening require an emotional intelligence to respect where the person is coming from, what they’re saying and understand what they need. Second, they should have thoughtfulness and vision. Leaders must be able to think clearly, have a clear plan and know how to get there. And third one
