Canteen
Canteen is an important place for students to get food to continue their learning process. There are many items in the area such as canteen cooking gas stove, cooking utensils, and so on related to food preparation activities in the school canteen. However, there are some hazard and things that can make student and staff in this school exposed to risk easily.

i) Arrangement
In the canteen, we will see where the sink and the plug placed in a very dangerous place. As we know, if the plug is wet, this allows electric shock to a person nearby and using the plug and wet skin also conduct electricity more easily than dry skin. It could lead to death if electric shock to a person. Of this figure, the plug is a dangerous tool if near water sources. electric shock occurs because the human body to mediate voltage and electric current flowing in.

ii) Environment
Environment is something about the atmosphere of the place whether good or otherwise. If we look at the atmosphere in the school canteen through the picture below, it's quite inappropriate due to be placed before the door of entry and exit of employees. Risks that may occur is when an employee wants to transport goods, is likely to hit a fan who obstruct it. Fans will likely crashed and may result in the fan casing will be uprooted. As we have seen in the image, which prevents fan boardwalk was quite large and was rather large fan blades. Likely the fan blades will be exposed legs of the victim and cause serious injuries

iii) Safety/PPE

iv) Housekeeping
In the canteen, we can see that the situation quite dirty kitchen without properly maintained. Clearly visible impurities from waste residue of cooked dishes not cleaned as soon as possible.
