Contract of Employees –
A contract of employment is an agreement specifying terms and conditions under which a person consents to perform certain duties as directed and controlled by an employer in return for an agreed upon wage salary. It can be either oral or written, or express and implied.

For example, when an individual at Siemens is staring work, they will sign the contract which has the terms and conditions, and will consent to perform certain duties

Employees at Siemens have a contract when they join, which outlines the terms and conditions. Every employee is under the obligation to carry assigned duties, or the employer's instructions to the best of his or her abilities. The employer is under the obligation to protect the employee from harm or injury, and make fair compensation for any loss or damage resulting from any job-related accident.

Employee and employer rights –
Employers and employees have responsibilities to each other; they should also expect their rights to be upheld. These rights and responsibilities relate to areas such as Health and Safety, the provision of Terms and Conditions of Employment, Equal Opportunities and the right to be paid a Minimum Wage.

Equal Pay – Every employee who does the same work should be given the same wage as another. For example, if an engineer at Siemens gets a lower wage than another and both work at the same level, then that individual can protest their rights of equal pay.

Discrimination – Employees at Siemens cannot be unfairly dismissed and discriminated. Each employer and employee must adhere and should not discriminate any individual. If any person is discriminated, then they should immediately let someone know, so action can be taken. Every individual has the right to protest and report this.

Dismissal – When an employee is dismissed, the employer should have a valid reason. The worker

Processes are given small CPU time slices by a priority algorithm that reduces to round-robin scheduling for CPU-bound jobs.The scheduler on UNIX system belongs to the general class of operating system schedulers known as round robin with multilevel feedback which means that the kernel allocates the CPU time to a process for small time slice, preempts a process that exceeds its time slice and feed it back into one of several priority queues.
