When we want to discuss why do exchange rates have an effect on the trade balance, we need to figure out what is the trade balance and exchange rate first. According to my knowledge, the trade balance refers to the value of all the goods and services we sell to other countries (exports) minus the value of all the goods and services we buy from foreigners (imports). There are three results of the trade balance : trade surplus, trade deficit and trade even. The exchange rate refers that between two currencies what is the rate at which one currency will be exchanged for another.

In m opinion, the currency is just like any other commodity; its price will go up and down depends on supply and demand. The supply is decided by the government's printing press. The supply is not always constant , governments can always print more money, or buy more bonds in return for returning more dollars into the economy, then demand is the most important factor which is mainly depends on the customers in that country. In all markets, currency is affected by its supply and demand. The supply and demand for a given currency also results in changes to its value. The more foreign countries want to hold a certain currency, the more it is worth, and the less they want it, the less it is worth. There are many factors that affect demand for a currency, such as interest rates between countries, political factors, expectations and trade balance.

Where we saw that a fall in the exchange rates which means that the value of money decreases, people would like to buy more domestic product and do not waste money on buying foreign goods. When a increase in the exchange rates which means that the value of money increases, people would like to buy more foreign

Known as an “old person’s disease”, Type 2 diabetes symptoms do not generally arise until at least middle age; however, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of children and adolescents becoming diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in recent years. Multiple risk factors exist for type 2 diabetes including family history, sedentary lifestyle, and diet (especially when diet leads to obesity). Type 2 Db Research Paper

...Type 2 DB is a chronic condition that obscures the normal metabolization of sugar in our body. The normal process can be hindered by either insulin resistance or inadequate production of insulin. The pathophysiology of Type 2 DB resulted from Insulin resistance is discussed here. Normally, glucose enters in high quantity into the bloodstream following food ingestion. Major players in the regulation of blood glucose are the islets of Langerhans (special cells), specifically, beta cells located in the pancreas that sense the increased level of glucose in the blood. The pancreas is a hormone that produces insulin and glucagon that regulate blood glucose. Insulin regulates blood glucose by allowing body cells to absorb and use glucose. Normally,...

Type 2 Diabetes Research Paper

...Overweight, obesity, and physical inactivity You are more likely to develop type 2 diabetes if you are not physically active and are overweight or obese. Extra weight sometimes causes insulin resistance and is common in people with type 2 diabetes. The location of body fat also makes a difference. Extra belly fat is linked to insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and heart and blood vessel disease. To see if your weight puts you at risk for type 2 diabetes, check out these Body Mass Index (BMI) charts. Insulin resistance Type 2 diabetes usually begins with insulin resistance, a condition in which muscle, liver, and fat cells do not use insulin well. As a result, your body needs more insulin to help glucose enter cells. At first, the pancreas makes more insulin to keep up with the added demand. Over time, the pancreas can’t make enough insulin, and blood glucose levels rise. Genes and family history As in type 1 diabetes, certain genes may make you more likely to develop type 2 diabetes. The disease tends to run in families and occurs more often in these racial/ethnic groups: African Americans Alaska...

When people are diagnosed they like to know the kind they have, treatments, and relatable stories of others with diabetes. First, according to Diabetes Forecast, “Type 1 diabetes occurs when the body’s immune system attacks insulin producing beta cells” (#). Beta cells make insulin and are found in the pancreas. Damage to the beta cells from Type 1 throws off the process. People with Type 1 keep their blood glucose levels in a healthy range by giving themselves multiple injections of insulin each day, following a meal plan, exercising regularly, and monitoring their glucose levels. Type 2 diabetes is when your body doesn’t produce enough insulin to keep up with the blood sugar levels or your body isn’t responsive to insulin. This is called insulin resistant. Insulin is a hormone produced in the pancreas after you eat to bring blood sugar levels down to normal through converting the extra glucose into glycogen in the liver and muscle cells. What happens after you eat sugary food? As blood sugars rise, the pancreas produces the hormone insulin. The blood with the insulin and glucose travel to the liver, where the insulin stimulates the liver to produce enzymes such as glycogen...

Type 2 Diabetes Research Paper

...Diabetes is a devastating disease that causes chronic problems globally. Diabetes comes in different forms; type 1 diabetes is caused from the pancreas inability to produce insulin. Insulin is a hormone that acts as a key that opens the cell to allow sugar inside to process into energy. Type 2 diabetes is caused from an insulin resistance, the cell becomes misshapen from an increase in adipose tissue that will not allow the key insulin to open the cell and allow glucose inside. This causes the glucose to be trapped in the blood stream. The blood of humans is thin like water, but as the glucose builds up in the blood stream it becomes thicker making it harder to transport through the various body systems. Diabetes is a vascular disease. It...
