The preparation of this report has been authorized by Mrs. Nasira Siddika, Course instructor of Organizational Behavior (MGT321) of Section-10 in Summer’11 semester of the School of Business, North South University, Bashundhara, Dhaka. A group of four students of this course have been asked to prepare a report on impact of Hygiene- Motivation factors on employees’ behavior: A comparative study of satisfaction dissatisfaction on Pawla Knitwear (Pvt.) Ltd.
The report has been prepared by our group called “Brainstormers” & the submission date of this report is August 9, 2011. This report has been prepared on the basis of the standard procedures of Long & Formal Report Writing based on the book Business Communication (Lesikar, Flatley & Rentz, 2008, chap.12) eleventh edition.

The purpose of this report is to analyze the “Impact of Hygiene- Motivation factors on employees’ behavior” on the basis of the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of employees of Pawla Knitwear (Pvt.) Ltd. For this research we selected 30 employees from Narayanganj Office and factory of Pawla
