...Desde hace varios años han surgido situaciones en las que ciudadanos mexicanos residentes de Estados Unidos han sido condenados a muerte al ser acusados por crímenes cometidos en dicho país. Uno de los casos de mexicanos ejecutados es el de Humberto Leal García, quien fue condenado en el estado de Texas el pasado 8 de julio de 2011 tras haber sido acusado por delito de violación y asesinato de una joven de 16 años; este hombre estuvo en la cárcel de Estados Unidos desde el año de 1994 hasta el 2011 que fue sentenciado. El caso de Leal, como el de otros mexicanos ha sido fuertemente sonado debido a que representa una clara violación de los derechos humanos de estos ciudadanos fuera de su país. Tras diversas investigaciones y análisis realizados sobre el caso, se estableció que “a Leal se le negó el derecho a ser asistido por el consulado mexicano” (CNN, 2011) y este fue ejecutado, violando lo establecido por la Corte Internacional de Justicia que especifica el derecho de todo ser humano de que se cuente con una revisión y reconsideración judicial del veredicto y la pena impuesta, esto de acuerdo a la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores. It is a term for the activity of finding someones information via the internet. With someone's contact information, who knows what you can do, I will provide examples later. The legality of a dox varies.
