Defendant Pedro Vizcaino rented the first floor apartment from Ms. Henderson on August 5, 2013. At that time the landlord Ms. Henderson issued a six months lease on a trial basis which terminates Feb 5, 2014. During the first half, Pedro Vizcaino issued two bounce checks for rent, changed the locks on the first-floor apartment door without consulting the landlord, installed several surveillance cameras around the owner property and parking several bikes and car into the landlord driveway.
