My personal preferred lens is relationship. I used my reasoning skills to determine what process and systems I place to assure fairness and justice for all the community and have equality.
The blind spot is overconfidence in process. I believe that a consistent process results in a outcome for all, sometimes I trust the process too much. Although everyone should have equal access, not everyone does. Unequal access gives rise to unjust outcomes, even when the process itself is fair. I tend to believe that ethical decisions are the natural by-product of the universal application of a fair system.
My strengths is authority, I tend to think through a problem carefully and research options, paying particular attention to the experts on the subject, to find the best solution for a problem. My goal is to make a fully informed decision and to meet the needs of the community, without harming the least advantaged. Another strength that I have is becoming an ambitious elitist. My personal ambitions overpower my concern for justice. When it does, I will tend to overlook abuses of power by those in leadership positions, this is especially true when in leadership are part of your group, and they claim to be protecting the rights of those who cannot protect themselves.
My weakness is listening to my heart I always go for my intuition but I have to agree and think with my head. I have to find balance. I have the flexibility and concern for the individuals. I need to look ways to balance the rights of individuals with the well-being of the community and be flexible. However, I am at risk to being authoritarian because you trust reasonable systems to solve problems, I run the risk of being authoritarian. Expecting deference to power concentrated in hierarchical authority. I tend to assume that my way is the best and abuse power as
