Do your best and don't let anyone work harder than you. It fits my beliefs because granted there are people who have way more talent and skill than me, but I won't ever let them out work me ever I strive to gain and get stronger to be the best to my ability. No matter how talented anyone is, or how skillful they are don't let anyone work harder.

Braydens determination to get bigger lead him to where he's at now. Braydens size made him work hard, “What made me want to lift was the simple fact of being small, weighing only 135 lbs my entire high school career, I wanted to be a brut big guy but I didn't care to be flashy and show it off.” (Tifler 1) Being small his whole high school career Brayden finally decided it was time to make a change, he dedicates most of his time in the gym training to get bigger and stronger. Brayden knows that he might not be the strongest, but he still works just as hard. His determination and heart lead him to where he's at now, “What made me get to where I am now is my heart, and determination to never lose and always be perfect. No point in doing something if you're not giving it you 110%, i'm not the strongest guy in the world, but I have one of the strongest hearts and my work ethic in the gym. Pain is my fuel” (Tifler 1). Braydens knows that he's not the strongest person in the world, but he doesn't let it stop him or slow him down in the gym. Growing up Arnold decided at age 15 that he wanted to lift weights and one day be Mr. Olympia, through hard work and training harder than anyone that ever competed with him he got seven Mr. Olympia titles and five Mr. Universe titles. Ronnie Coleman in his prime of weight lifting dominated bodybuilding holds the most Mr. Olympia titles, and dwarfed his competition everywhere he went, Ronnie did all this by never taking days off and always training harder then all of his competition.
