Being an Italian American, I have always been fascinated with learning more about the heritage and the culture that is the foundation of my own. This fascination began to grow into a passion when I first began taking Italian at Fenwick High School, my Alma mater. I prevailed in my Italian class and was given the option to take AP Italian. After doing so, I scored exceptionally well on my AP exam and was even given college credit. Not only did these classes teach me how to speak Italian, but it also went deep into different cultural aspects as well as geographical information.
