Noticing that we are meeting all of our predetermined goals, I remind the family that we are reaching the end of our relationship. I make sure to ease them into the idea of their services coming to an end. After confirming all of the goals that were decided upon have been met, such as finding a donor for Carmen, and family as well as individual therapy to address all the other concerns, I inquire if there is any further questions or concerns. After making sure all of their questions have been addressed and nothing else is needed I provide them with my information once more and remind them to reach out to me if anything further is needed. At this I say my goodbyes and close the case.
