Seeing how high my level of stress is, was definitely an eye opener. My score was 395 which in the books means that I am in a major life crisis and have an 80 percent chance of illness. I know that I stress out about a lot and have many things going on at one time during periods of my life, I did not think I was as stressed out as I have learned. That is a very shocking analysis for me. I do not really have any stress relieving methods that I use but I see that I should definitely start using some.
I think the number one technique that would really help me would be to exercise. I have been putting that off for awhile and feel like the procrastination actually adds to my stress as well. Being able to start working out and relieving stress by doing it would be a win-win situation. I think exercising is a very positive way to relieve stress because it allows to remove anger or aggression, if you have any, without actually being angry. This technique may not work as well for those with disabilities just because there might not be a very big variety of equipment to choose from.
