Stangs Slaying Softball “Wait the game is over? We won!” I exclaimed. “We won our first tenement of the year!” I blurted out. It was very nice out in Hinton that weekend. But I got really sunburnt. Ouch! My shoulders were as red as an apple. Besides we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for our coaches. Also my family was there to cheer me on and support me. I love playing softball! As soon as we got to Hinton my team and I started practice for are game. Balls flying in the air. Swish! Wind blowing the trees it was cold that morning but we still played through the cold. If you walked by you would hear the smack of everybody’s glove. Now we were to start hitting. We hit soft toss and whiffle balls too. Now we just got to move our stuff into the dugout. Now we are warmed up and ready to play. Beat SBL! So our first game was against SBL. They got bat first so we were out field. We stopped them by letting them get no runs. Once we got up to bat we got one run but that was it. Now it’s their turn to bat. We can’t stop this time they get 2 runs in on our team but we didn’t give up we got up to bat and said we are going to hit this out of the park. So we started right away. They got bat first but didn’t get any runs then we went to bat and we have 5 runs after that inning. Wow! Then it was there turn again they got no runs again. We went up to bat and got another 5 runs so the game was 10-0. At the tenement they had 10 point rule where if its 10-0 the person that has 10 wins. So we won our second game. Now it’s time for our last game. The championship game we played the home team. This game was the same way as the last game they got no runs and we got
