I believe it is a human instinct that we try to be the best in many different fields, because we see that being “good” or the “best” brings the most happiness and success. While I believe happiness and success is important, the most important thing for my growth as a person moving forward is to be considerate and open to everyone and anything. Throughout Live, Learn, Lead I have discovered the many strengths and weaknesses that create Kailen Kiander, even though it may be difficult to accept.
