Thesis Statement:
Personal Responsibility is being held accountable by yourself, peers, and superiors for what you
do or fail to do. The reason I include peers and superiors in my definition is because in a class
room environment we all are responsible for gathering resources, planning and organizing in
efforts of completing all assignment in in a timely and efficient manner. When we are giving
group assignments, it is essential that all students identify and understand their individual roles,
responsibilities, and completion date. At this point we become responsible to each other and it
becomes imperative that we all complete our individual tasks prior to a set suspense date, so that
