Personal Responsibility Leads To Success

Personal responsibility means to me is being accountable for your actions, family, college education and carreer goals. It is your responsibility to achieve the success that you want in life. If you do not take the responsibility for yourself you will never be successful in anything you plan to achieve. In order to be successful in life you have to have person responsibility. This responsibility can help you achieve anything you set out to accomplish. First, you must be self-discipline. Next, practice time management and scheduling it will help with managing your time wisely. Finally, learn how to make your environment less stressful. By doing these things it can lead to success in your college, family, and professional career.
Self-discipline is to me train yourself to have self control. Self-discipline is something that does not come easy to many from dieting to shopping. In every aspect in our lives we need some self-discipline. (put quote here). To get to self-discipline one can start out with a plan. When you have that plan draw a diagram and write everything out. When doing your plan makes it your goals you want out of life. You have your short-term goals and your long-term goals. As you are doing this remember this is my responsibility to gain personal success. Start out with that in mind. On a blank sheet of paper write your short-term goals. Draw lines or boxes on how you plan to achieve this goal. I started with my short-term goals because I need to be able to see them now that way I can see myself achieving my long-term goals. Once you have accomplished your short-term goals it makes the long-term goals look closer at hand. On another blank sheet of paper do your long-term goals. When doing this it will you’re your visualize your goals and help you know the direction you need to follow. This can help you in
