After graduating from Shelby County High School in 1980 and then marrying and have three children graduate from Shelby County High School, I had a dream and desire of being able to give back to my community and church. Serving as the Interventionist of Columbiana Middle School has fulfilled this dream. When I think about why I love my job, I’m daily reminded of the memories that I had as a student in the same building. After attending Jacksonville State on a scholarship, I earned a degree in Psychology/ Social Work of which I worked for 15 plus years.
