After completing the course Personal Wellness, I feel like I have learned a lot. As this semester is coming to an end, I realize how many of my personal goals in relating to personal wellness have changed. This course has taught me the proper way to make goals pertaining to my health. This course has also taught me all about my body and my personal wellness in many different stages in my life. Many of my wellness goals have changed significantly since this course has started. For example my goal at the beginning of the semester stated I should start walking at least 30 minutes several days per week. My goal today states that I should try walking at least 30 minutes every single day. I have improved upon my goal in that category immensely.
