Self Driving Cars

Here is something we should talk about:What self driving cars have different in it then regular cars?Self driving cars have a red button that you can press if you feel unsafe but regular cars doesn’t have it.So say if the self driving car messes up or is doing something weird then you can press the red button.Or just say if you just want to drive by yourself and you don’t want the car to drive for you that’s another reason why you can press the red button in the car.1.5 million drivers worldwide people are driving these cars in a different state/country.

In 2017 the emergency of driverless cars and trucks has been tested on roads because they wanted to see how it works and too see if it is safe.If people don’t know what they are doing and crash the car on purpose Unions are explaining what self driving do and all that stuff. So this is how self driving cars work:So you take a regular car and you process it to drive by itself.I heard that it takes a long time to work and test it out.You have to have a lot of tools to have it process and like if u mess up u have to like get so other stuff to do again. So now they are testing autonomous tempe vehicles everywhere like when I mean everywhere I mean it.

Persuasive Essay On Self Driving Cars

...Cars have been around since the 1890’s, a hundred and twenty seven years ago, but since then we have come a long way. We’ve went from the original ford car to cars with four wheel drive to self driving cars. Cars have changed tremendously since the first car and there only changing more. All of us have heard of or seen the alleged self driving cars on tv or the news and most of us are intrigued and wonder what they have to bring. Most of us tend to skip the risk that come with the computer driven cars, the possibility of flaw can go right over our heads when we are sucked into this new fancy never before seen technology. Not to say there is not upsides that these cars have to offer as well. The cars we have come to know now a days have always been made by the car companies we have all come to know and love like ford, dodge, chevy, and nissan. It is not often we hear of another company making cars but that's no longer the case. With the technology being put in to...

Persuasive Essay On Self Driving Cars

...Self-driving Cars Do you think driver less cars need to be sold on the market? Are driver less cars safe? No because if changes in laws the car does not know and could crash. I don't like driver less because something could happen to the parts and then the car would be working wrong. I will prove that we don't need driver less cars. My first reason is the cars might not know all the things about driving. If something on the road changes, the cars are lost. For example they wouldn't obey a new stop sign. If there was construction they would go the wrong speed limit. That is why driver less cars are not safe. Additionally cars wouldn't recognize things like a paper ball. They have problems figuring out what objects are like paper...

Effectivness of Advertisment for Speeding Behaviours

... A Review of the Effectiveness of Advertisement Campaign as a countermeasure for preventing Speeding Behaviours in Drivers Name: Mylinh Huynh Student number: n8910481 Unit Name: Traffic Psychology Word Count: 3488 Abstract This essay discusses about the theoretical and empirical evidence relating to the effectiveness of advertisement as a countermeasure for speeding. The results of the review highlight the mixed and inconsistent findings that have been reported in the literature. While fear arousal appears important for attracting attention, its contribution to behaviour change appears less critical than other factors, such as perceptions of vulnerability and effective coping strategies. Furthermore, physical threat appeals such as death or portraying physical harm is less effective for males then females. Consequently, further research is required to determine the optimum way to utilise advertisement as a countermeasure for speeding. A Review of the Effectiveness of Advertisement Campaign as a countermeasure for preventing Speeding Behaviours in Drivers Most traffic accidents are caused by dangerous driving habits attained and carried out by drivers. Risky driver behaviours such as speeding and drink driving represent one of the leading causes to road trauma (Boyle, 1984). One of the most prevalent factors contributing to Australia's road death accidents is speeding. According to New South Wales statistical statement about 40% of drivers believed that...

...CHAP TER Rhetorical Modes 1. NARRATION L E A R N I N G O B J E C T I V E S 10 1. Identify the purpose and structure of narrative writing. 2. Recognize how to write a narrative essay. Rhetorical modes simply mean the ways in which we can effectively communicate through language. This chapter covers nine common rhetorical modes. As you read about these nine modes, keep in mind that the rhetorical mode a writer chooses depends on his or her purpose for writing. Sometimes writers incorporate a variety of modes in one essay. In covering the nine rhetorical modes, this chapter also emphasizes these as a set of tools that will allow you greater flexibility and effectiveness in communicating with your audience and expressing your ideas. rhetorical modes The ways in which we effectively communicate through language. 1.1 The Purpose of Narrative Writing Narration means the art of storytelling, and the purpose of narrative writing is to tell stories. Any time you tell a story to a friend or family member about an event or incident in your day, you engage in a form of narration. In addition, a narrative can be factual or fictional. A factual story is one that is based on, and tries to be faithful to, actual events as they unfolded in real life. A fictional story is a made-up, or imagined, story; the writer of a fictional story can create characters and events as he or she sees fit. However, the big distinction between factual and fictional narratives is based on a writer’s purpose...

Because any remark he made about U.S. monetary policy could cause markets all over the world to fluctuate wildly, he developed a complicated way of speaking that came to be known as “Fedspeak.” Here’s an example: It is a tricky problem to find the particular calibration in timing that would be appropriate to 2/9/2016 12:17 PM 3 of 56 stem the acceleration in risk premiums created by falling incomes without prematurely aborting the decline in the inflation-generated risk premiums.* Greenspan has admitted that such remarks were not really intended to be understood. Business

...this situation sounds familiar, you may find it reassuring to know that many professionals undergo these same strange compulsions before they begin writing. Jean Kerr, author of Please Don’t Eat the Daisies, admits that she often finds herself in the kitchen reading soup-can labels—or anything—in order to prolong the moments before taking pen in hand. John C. Calhoun, vice president under Andrew Jackson, insisted he had to plow his fields before he could write, and Joseph Conrad, author of Lord Jim and other novels, is said to have cried on occasion from the sheer dread of sitting down to compose his stories. To spare you as much hand-wringing as possible, this chapter presents some practical suggestions on how to begin writing your short essay. Although all writers must find the methods that work best for them, you may find some of the following ideas helpful. But no matter how you actually begin putting words on paper, it is absolutely essential to maintain two basic ideas concerning your writing task. Before you write a single sentence, you should always remind yourself that 1. You have some valuable ideas to tell your reader, and 2. More than anything, you want to communicate those ideas to your reader. These reminders may seem obvious to you, but without a solid commitment to your own opinions as well as to your reader, your prose will be lifeless and boring. If you don’t care about your subject, you can’t very well expect anyone else to. Have confidence that your ideas are...

...Some definitions of literary devices, techniques and style from searching via http://www.ferretsoft.com/ LITERARY DEVICES http://mrbraiman.home.att.net/lit.htm   Literary devices refers to any specific aspect of literature, or a particular work, which we can recognize, identify, interpret and/or analyze. Both literary elements and literary techniques can rightly be called literary devices.   Literary elements refers to aspects or characteristics of a whole text. They are not “used,” per se, by authors; we derive what they are from reading the text. Most literary elements can be derived from any and all texts; for example, every story has a theme, every story has a setting, every story has a conflict, every story is written from a particular point-of-view, etc. In order to be discussed legitimately, literary elements must be specifically identified for that text.   Literary techniques refers to any specific, deliberate constructions of language which an author uses to convey meaning. An author’s use of a literary technique usually occurs with a single word or phrase, or a particular group of words or phrases, at one single point in a text. Unlike literary elements, literary techniques are not necessarily present in every text.   Literary terms refers to the words themselves with which we identify and describe literary elements and techniques. They are not found in literature and they are not “used” by authors.     Allegory:...
