1. I notice that you do not have a ramp leading into the bathrooms. What happens, when you have a guest in a wheel chair or walker that needs to go to the washroom and cannot climb up the one-step? When an individual with an assistive device needs to use the washroom, we have a portable ramp that we can pull out and place at the foot of the stairs. We recommend that either a staff member or family/friend help or watch the individual climb the ramp as there are no railings.
2. The typed font on the menus seems to be small. What would you do if someone is unable to read the menu? As a server, I am well oriented with the menu that we have here at Honsberger. It also helps that we have a small list of dishes that we offer. I would be able to recite the types of dishes that we provide along with the ingredients.

Even though the parking lot is very spacious and parking spaces are available beside the entrance, another car could occupy the space who does not have an individual with an impairment. The individual who could have used that space could be forced to travel further to the Bistro which could cause exhaustion or reason to not dine at the restaurant.
The wheelchair accessible stall is extremely spacious and larger than most I have encountered before. However, the interior of the bathroom needs to be updated. There are no grab bars in the stall and the door handles are difficult to hold or grab onto. The mirrors are higher than they should be. A person in a wheelchair would not be able to see their reflection in the mirror while seated.
We do not provide telephones to our guests at the restaurant. If a patron needed to use a phone, they would be able to use a server or managers cell phone. Overall, many if not all of the recommendations that I have suggested can be fixed without major
