What is physical treatment:
Physical treatment, as it is said in the name, is a treatment that is given to you when you have health problems that make it hard for you to do everyday tasks; doing this physical treatment will makes it so you move better and relieves the pain. And it is also and a good treatment that can get you back to physical functions and fitness level (the level of fitness your body can sustain e.g how much you can lift).and doing physical therapy can change the hardship you face from the things so simple a few years ago but you never really appreciated how easy you could do it so getting out of bed or going up the stairs and even walking.But don't push yourself believing that this is because you are overweight …show more content…

The full name of this is orthopedic physical therapy, and the basis of this is to restore function to the musculoskeletal system which is basically a technical word related to a group of organs that give the ability to be able to move the muscles and the skeleton in your body, but more like ligaments, tendons and joints. And the use of it is that the musculoskeletal system gives the body support, stability, and movement something that makes life a lot easier.
