Sandy, This is an explanation regarding the patient concern.
I am sorry about what has happened, but I have not done anything intentionally.
1. She asked me the opinion about her mediport access discontinuation which she came with. Since she came with the access and she is going to get admit to the med city Plano in the morning, I thought probably she can keep it. But I went and checked with my charge nurse and came to know as per the policy the line need to be discontinued. I informed her that and d/cd the access. I have never refused to remove it.
2. She asked me the print out of her H&H result. I told her I don’t have the permission to give the printout, but I can tell her the result and write it in a paper. When the result came I told her the lab result and wrote it in a paper and gave it to her. But I also informed her printout reports can be collected from records in the morning.

I never argued with her but I tried my level best to help her even though her call bell was going on for every 5 minutes. She asked about a medication which she has to take at night, which was not ordered by the admitting doctor. She is supposed to take that medication in the evening and she is thinking about that medication after 9pm. I told her to write down the name of the doctor, as she was not knowing about the name of the doctor, and medication and left the room to get the night medication. I also mentioned her, I can get the concerned doctor only if he is on call. I think that part make her upset. When I came back to her room she was looking upset, and I tried to find out why she is upset. She told me, she felt that I do not want to help her. I have explained that I have to spare my time to meet other patient’s needs as it is already 0930 pm. Since she was upset, I asked her sorry if I knowingly or unknowingly hurt her and I explained her I have not done anything intentionally. Then she replied, that made her feel
