This energy is radiant light and heat from the sun which also makes it a renewable energy that is reliable. It started off with people using magnifying glasses to burn ants with the strong sun rays and now we use it for electricity purposes. I have noticed many schools and buildings around my city have had solar power systems installed on the roof tops and in the parking lot. It shows that this is a popular technology that is going to keep growing in the next few years. SUMMARY OF KEY FINDINGS Solar energy can be used in two different ways in agriculture. There is a solar system that converts solar energy to D.C power and there is a solar system that converts solar energy to heat.
