1.1. General Description of Work
This proposal is intended to provide an insight to bidders regarding the physical development and blueprints of the new “Spokane Indians Practice Field.” Spokane Indians wishes to have a 20 acre site designed for a medium size baseball practice field. The new practice ball park will be located next to the existing softball stadium on Havana Street. The site is to be accessible to the existing park via one vehicular street with side walk for pedestrian
