This Marketing Plan is made for a 3-5 year plan for Pond Mountain Inn. Pond Mountain Inn is looking to Expand its target audience, Competition, and identifying the risk and opportunities that the company has. Pond Mountain Inn gain new growth and consumers when Kay and Glenn Dunn took over the Vermont bed and breakfast in October 2013. The owners are on-site interacting with the travelers as if they were invited guest rather than an anonymous person checking into a room they had booked. Pond Mountain want to extend the customers stay with further expansion of lunch, dinner and onsite activities or tours. For the next 3-5 years, Pond Mountain Inn can increase customers stay and off new amenities for the consumers which can gain more families and customers.

Pond Mountain Inn can offer nights where they have bonfires, trivia nights or even karaoke night in the main house with the guest that are staying. This is a great feature that people who are staying want to meet and make new friends. The Inn can offer drinks or snacks during these events to make additional income on top of offering the consumers a good time. Lunch and dinner should be offer. A great way to offer Lunch and dinner is to have each guest fill a sleep of their attendance and what they would like for lunch and dinner. This gives the kitchen preparation on how many guest are interested in lunch and breakfast and more prepared on what meals each guest would want. This is a great feature to offer at time of booking. If they are booking ahead of time with the room, we can offer a discount if they early book their meals People go away and travel to do less work. This feature is convenient and easier for guest who do not want to travel or do any kind of house
