...Title: Supply Chain Analysis of Binagol in selected main ports in Leyte Methodology This study was conducted in three major ports in Leyte: Ormoc Sea port Terminal/Landport and, Tacloban Air Port and Terminal/Landport involving 100 key informant (KI) Binagol retailers, processors and main producers from Binagol-producing municipalities of Leyte. This was operationalized by the Supply Chain approach, where its activities transform natural resources, raw materials and components into finished product that is delivered to the end customer. The primary and secondary data was gathered for this study. The primary data was gathered through personal interviews with the Key Informant (KI) respondents, observation of their entire chain or the “Observation Technique” that can get information including the production costs, the sales of the Binagol in their respective main ports in Leyte, the information of the Talyan plantation as well as the farmers involved, and other key players (distributors, suppliers, manufacturers, logistics etc.) who involved in the flow of supply chain in Binagol. ...In the beginning of the lab I started by exploring both the tcpClient.c and tcpServer.c code. When I had a rough understanding of how it worked, I tried running it. This caused an error to occur. The problem was I was using Winsock sockets instead of BSD sockets. One, Winsock, is a socket creator for windows, the other BSD socket is an application programming interface for Unix. So, in order to get the application running, I simply had to change WIN to BSD sockets. Next I ran both files again and this time I got back a message from the server saying that it had received a message. Then I opened Wireshark to view what was going on between the client and server. In the top frame, I could see the handshake occurring between the client and server, the client was sending a SYN(Synchronize) and the Server was replying with a SYN-ACK, which means Synchronize acknowledgment. I also noted there was a push function occurring, and when I clicked on the psh function and viewed its output in the bottom frame of Wireshark, I could see the message that has been sent. Next I learnt about how to run the server I had created infinitely, to do this I put the entire code, starting at the #endif underneath “WSAStartup”, in a while loop. This would cause an issue later on in the lab, which I’ll discuss shortly.
