Practicum Reflection

In my times in going practicum hours, I visited two different sites where I did my hours. I have been doing my hours throughout my program at either San Diego Mesa or San Diego Miramar College, which are a part of the San Diego Community College District. In the past, I have just been shadowing many different counselors in their interactions with students and in this particular month, have been trying to witness the different types of collaboration that counselors have with each other and different parts of faculty throughout the college. I asked one of the counselors about their collaborative activities and they talked to me about a weekly staff meeting that they are a part of. I was not able to attend this meeting personally,
