There are two ways in getting pregnant when already over 40 or 50, the artificial way and the natural way. If you want to bear your child the natural way, there are many things that you should and should not do. One of those is the one I already mentioned, be free from stress. You also should quit smoking because the more you smoke the more it makes your eggs deteriorate faster than they naturally would with age because of its tobacco content, the risk of miscarriage, and worse it can bring you to an early menopause, it will totally jeopardize your hopes of getting pregnant. Another way is to take your folic acid vitamins regularly that can help improve your fertility and healthy diet. It’s actually more of taking care of yourself.
