[9:29:26 PM] Neil Hendry: Whatever has caused all the problems we have with TGN, it is not the staff here.
[9:29:39 PM] [cσ]gαяνιη αкα ƒαмιℓу [garv3]: i never said that!
[9:29:59 PM] Neil Hendry: I know that
[9:30:01 PM] Conor Sweeney (Volound): i think he is just making a remark
[9:30:02 PM] Neil Hendry: not a response to you sorry
[9:30:21 PM] Neil Hendry: Maybe we should have found the people responsible for the issues who are higher up in TGN or BBTV and made their life hell until they fixed all of this.
[9:30:25 PM] Neil Hendry: Although I doubt that would do anything
[9:30:40 PM] Neil Hendry: Probably get booted from the network for being reasonable and actually caring about it
[9:31:23 PM] [cσ]gαяνιη αкα ƒαмιℓу [garv3]: i agree
[9:31:33 PM] Neil Hendry: Seems like that would happen a lot in most companies, if the employees keep telling the boss what to do, you're doing this wrong you need to do this.
[9:31:41 PM] Neil Hendry: They'd end up fired in most cases
[9:31:49 PM] O.M.E: Already did.
[9:32:07 PM] O.M.E: I've told BBTV all of the problems you've guys brought up, without all of this.
[9:33:30 PM] Neil Hendry: Appreciate it. : )
[9:35:15 PM] Anyday: I actually run my own company. BBTV's problem is, and they've said it, is that they will keep someone on payroll if they are dependent on the income. Although you think 'hey, that's really great' and trust me one of the worst things in the world is firing someone, but firing is necessary to have a productive company
[9:35:35 PM] O.M.E: Who needs to get fired?
[9:35:48 PM] Anyday: quite a few people
[9:35:56 PM] Neil Hendry: thomasb is the obvious answer
[9:35:58 PM] Conor Sweeney (Volound): i doubt this is all due to negligence.. lmao
[9:36:01 PM] Neil Hendry: I'm sure he is just one part of the problem
[9:36:09 PM] Neil Hendry: Just happened to appear often
[9:36:42 PM] Anyday: nah

...cash on hand. The final stages of the report will provide strategic recommendations for a plan of action to help the company overcome this obstacle, while remaining the top developer and publisher in the interactive gaming industry. There are several goals that the report hopes to accomplish. First, it will provide insight into a company that dominates the entertainment software industry. Second, the study will illustrate the drastic change in a company’s cash on hand after the purchase of shares. Third, it will propose new ways for the company to continue its momentum and match its past success. Finally, the goal of the report is to establish Activision Blizzard, Inc. as a company that has broken free from its parent conglomerate. PROBLEM STATEMENT The Deal The announcement that Activision Blizzard, Inc. and Vivendi would engage in a deal that would make Activision Blizzard, Inc. majority shareholder left the minority shareholders in the dust. As of June 30, 2013, Vivendi had owned roughly 61 percent of the company’s shares (Activision, Inc. – Quarterly Report, 2013). There was a lawsuit filed by minority shareholders to hold the deal off, and many questioned how beneficial the deal was for Activision CEO and Chairmen, Robert Kotick and Brian Kelly (De La Merced, 2013). The lawsuit stemmed from minority shareholder Douglas Hayes of Activision who...
