INTRODUCTION
Blighton Family reunion (BFR) is made up of the Blightons and other family member who have married into other family or the Blighton family including well-wishers and family friends. The Blighton family consists of about two hundred and eight people who live across the world. Due to migration and relocation, it’s been very difficult seeing each other or coming together as a family to discuss issues, meeting new family members and resolving family problems as well.
This project will result in bring together family members, including new family from birth, adoption, family friends, and new family members by marriage. The project will unite families, resolve issues among some individuals, advice, couch, counsel, discuss business plans and ideas and have fun.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH
David Blighton, is the project manager for this project (Blighton Family Reunion), he has the overall responsibility and authority for executing and managing this project according to this project plan and its subsidiary management plans. The project team will consist of Steve Blighton (Uncle in Ghana), Henrietta Blighton
