Introduction
The most significant factor in a research is the development of successful strategies and techniques towards the execution of the whole project. This research aspect has the ability to determine your business success. If you successfully and appropriately designed a concrete approach, you will definitely establish a reputable name in the world of commerce and trade.
This can be achieved in three ways namely; (1) analyzing and determining the strengths and weaknesses of your project, (2) defining your project’s goals as well as the techniques to achieve them; and (3) acknowledge all the weaknesses in the project and start building a plan to get over all these inconsistencies (DeBenedetti, 2015).
Execution Strategy Proposed
All of the resources used in this project are hailed to be permanent as far as the purpose of this project is concerned.
Below are the two most critical questions that you should address when you want to develop a surefire strategy to improve your resources.
1. What are the types of people you need to be able to meet your strategic goals; and,
2. What initiatives or programs you plan to implement to be able to gain trust and loyalty among employees?
Basically, you must seek answer to the previously stipulated questions. Doing so might not be easy but it is always possible. This can be done through understanding your subjects’ culture, skills or potentials, solid human resources system and organizational structure.
Once you decided to design a set of physical resources for your project, the necessity to cover a wide array of operational resources available must be prioritized. Specifically, these operational resources are the following namely maintenance requirements and initial investments.
