The only way I can put it is unless your writing is clear you will not be a good writer. In becoming a good writer, you will have trial and error hardly anyone gets it right the first time. Proulx talked about a shovel, he used it as a stepping stone for his life and the way he lived his life. I agree with Proulx about the libraries, I hate going to them for the same reasons. Unlike Proulx, I use the internet every day in a lot of ways whether it is for research or work.
