Of the many reasons, some of them include, it would slow the game down too much, and it will save the referees from looking bad, and it ruins(I had a poor set of words to end off the paragraph.) the fan experience.
One reason that instant replay in sports should not be allowed is that it slows the game down. For example, Baseball has a problem with keeping fans tuned in and with instant replay making the game longer. Since “the average Major League Baseball game

At its introduction, it was in the middle of Pentax's DSLR range—above the now-discontinued entry-level K-r, and below the semi-pro K-5 and successor K-5 II. As a mid-range body, it has a polycarbonate chassis, but unlike most DSLRs of that class, is fully weather sealed. It can shoot continuously at up to 6 frames per second with a maximum shutter speed of 1/6000th of a second. It can capture video at 1080p at either 30, 25, or 24 fps. Like all current and recent Pentax DSLRs it features in-body shake reduction, removing the need for each lens to have image stabilisation. The Pentax K mount allows use of legacy lenses dating back to the 1970s, or even earlier with an M42-mount adapter, for which the K-mount is fully compatible. The autofocus system (SAFOX IXi+) is an advance over the K-5 and features 11 AF points, 9 of which are cross-type...

The company argues that it is the right for all people to have access to information, and the act is ethical. However, French government has argued otherwise. They said Google must stop form disclosing all information it requested and respect the privacy of a person. In other word anyone has a right to ask Google not to display results about him/herself and Google must act accordingly. What is pros and cons of Google current status-quo? When searching online there’s an unwritten assumption that will get an instant answer, as well as additional information that will need to dig deeper. This is all possible because of two decades’ worth of investment and innovation by many different companies. We know that, Google as the leading search engine in the world provides information requested by users without any censorship but when the French government makes that policy. Google has lost the status quo where Google can provide information to its data widely without restriction. This condition causes the information sought to be limited. Brand Extension

...NEW PRODUCTS AND BRAND EXTENSIONS To facilitate the discussion, it is useful to establish some terminology. When a firm introduces a new product, it has three main choices as to how to brand it: 1. It can develop a new brand, individually chosen for the new product. 2. It can apply, in some way, one of its existing brands. 3. It can use a combination of a new brand with an existing brand. A brand extension is when a firm uses an established brand name to introduce a new product. When a new brand is combined with an existing brand, the brand extension can also be called a sub-brand. An existing brand that gives birth to a brand extension is referred to as the parent brand. If the parent brand is already associated with multiple products through brand extensions, then it may also be called a family brand. Brand extensions can be broadly classified into two general categories: Line extension: The parent brand is used to brand a new product that targets a new market segment within a product category currently served by the parent brand. A line extension often involves a different flavor or ingredient variety, a different form or size, or a different application for the brand (e.g., Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp shampoo). Category extension: The parent brand is used to enter a different product category from that currently served by the parent brand (e.g.. Swiss Army watches). Most new products are line extensions—typically 80 percent to 90 percent in any one year. Moreover...

Samsung Marketing Strategy

...“Inspire the world, Create the future.” 1.0 Executive Summery Samsung Electronics has proven to the business world that they are one of the most prestigious technology companies in the industry. With more technology advancements than our market can handle at this point and time, Samsung has paved the way for the future in electronics. One of the most popular new “toys” in the market today, is the unbelievable 3D TV. The first 3D TV was launched in March of 2010, and has already had a major impact on the market. With the release earlier this year, Samsung dominated the market, controlling nearly 90% of the total share. Samsung’s product, the 9000 series TV, is incomparable to competition with its ultra-thin screen, measuring only 0.3 inches in width. The 9000 series also comes with a full color spectrum that makes for an incredible viewing experience. Although Samsung is dominating the 3D market, we still have very detailed strategies and tactics that we believe will give us an increased competitive advantage over our competition. The company’s main emphasis the past couple years has been on integration, union, and encouraging innovation. Samsung is always preparing for the next big item to hit the market, which is why their technology is so far ahead of all leading competitors. In the future, we plan to enter the 3D video gaming market with a partnership with Microsoft. This will give us access to all of Microsoft’s gaming technology, in which we will combine with our quality...

...part one: strategic case Sundown Bakery When Carol Teinchek and Bruce Marshall first started Sundown Bakery, the business was fairly simple. Carol ran the shop up front, while Bruce ran the bakery and ordered supplies. When the business began to grow, Carol hired two part-time clerks to help out in the shop. Marina had moved to the country 2 years ago from El Salvador, and Kim was a newly arrived Korean who was working his way through college. Bruce hired Maurice, a French Canadian, as an assistant. The ovens were soon running 24 hours a day, supervised by Maurice, who was now master baker, and two assistants on each of three shifts. Marina and Kim supervised the shop, since Carol was usually too busy managing general sales distribution to spend much time with customers. Bruce still spent 3 or 4 hours a day in the bakery whenever he could get out of his office, but he spent most of that time coordinating production and solving problems with Maurice. Within the next year, Sundown expanded from its original location, adding two new shops as well as two kiosks in local malls. Carol and Bruce hired a new operations manager, Hans Mikelson, who had formerly been regional manager of a national chain of coffee shops. Mikelson had plenty of new ideas about how to operate an expanding business: He had a Web site created, added an extensive range of drinks and meal items to the menu, and instituted two dress codes—one for all counter help and another for kitchen employees. He also put...
