The first thing both sides can do is limit the amount of electronic in the household to one or two products. The more electronics the children own the harder it is to watch over them. After limiting their household to one or two electronics the parents can download a program that is designed to limit the use of the computer by setting up a time meter onto the household only computer or laptop. This program monitors the amount of time children can use the internet by setting up a time meter throughout the day. At several colleges before logging in to the computer the students have to agree that within the given time frame the computer will shut down and everything saved or applications open will get deleted. The students at the schools only have about an hour to get their work done before the computer shuts down on them. Knowing that time is not on their side the college students have to get straight to the point and use the computer with no time to waste. This strategy would work benefit both sides because the given time frame the parents set up for their child would not give them enough time to stream the internet and reduce the chances of the children stubbing on websites that could lead to violence. The parents can upload a program in which lets them set up a schedule where their kids can only log in within that given time. For example, if the parents decided that their children could only log on the computer Monday through Friday from six to eight pm then that is the only time their children could log in. The program would prevent them from logging on the computer if its is not six through eight despite entering the password the computer will not proceed because of the schedule the parents set on the computer.
