Debates have arisen when North Korea withdraw from the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty in 2003. It is known that North Korea has exported nuclear weapons in Iran and Pakistan to show its support in being ready to launch an attack against humanity. According to the American Society of International Law, North Korea withdrew from the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty because of the hostile foreign policy of the United States. From the North Korean government’s perspective, they are a target of a pre-emptive strike and military punishment. Though these allegations do not have sufficient evidence to back up North Korea’s reason to back in the treaty, each state still have the right to withdrawal. ...from foreign manufacturers can hurt the economy. Importing materials for automobiles from foreign manufacturers has many pros and cons. Some of the pros of importing materials are that it improves the trade relationship between importing and exporting countries. Also, capitalizing on the competitive advantage of exporting countries to get cheaper raw materials for production. The cost of buying cars reduces as imported automotive parts improve the current supply and production of value added automotives. Some of the cons are that importing more than the required or stipulated volume of automotive parts may add up to the reasons why an economy may suffer a trade deficit. In this case it means that the country's importation value far exceeds its exportation values. In countries where the same automotive parts that are imported are also manufactured locally, stiff competition from the uncontrolled importation of these materials may put the indigenes out of business. This immediately affects domestic production and employment. The effects of importing automotive materials depend on the current situation of the particular country. The overall effect may be positive for some while it is negative for others. The effects of importing automotive materials depend on the current situation of the particular country. Japan and Article 9

...legislators of the initial constitution had reasons to believe that Japan should not have military forces again. Article 9 of Japan’s constitution rejects war and does not allow Japan from maintaining any war potential. Since then, many have argued that the country has proven itself to be a peaceful nation, while some believe otherwise. In this paper, the benefits and drawbacks of permitting the build-up of Japan’s military capabilities will be discussed through academic research and personal points of view. This will occur through a short history on the issue itself, discussing the benefits and drawbacks of allowing Japan’s military forces to reconvene, and finally an analysis of which seems to be the best option. Before discussing the pros and cons of the issue, a brief history must occur. Within the Japanese Constitution is a clause that prohibits an act of war by the state. Immediately after World War II, on May 3, 1947, the Constitution came into effect. Within the text of the document, Japan formally renounces war in its sovereignty and forbids settling international disagreements through using military force. Because of Japan’s role in World War II and their sanction to create a constitution, this particular article was very impactful. As a result of this, Japan focused its resources and talent on other areas of importance within their country at that time. For example, they focused on their manufacturing of goods and trade, as well as the welfare of the nation. Through this...

...Five Ideology's assignment Mohammad Kareem Conservatism: In Theory Communism would work and is the best way to form a government, but as this ideology was implemented in different countries and nations the reality has shown it might be very far from being perfect. This system of government as well as economy is also based on trying to create equality. Communism can be related to Socialism which creates equality by essentially sharing all profits and land with the community. Unlike socialism however,Communism believes that there is no need for a profit to be given to the worker or for land to be owned by any workers because it creates inequality and this must be done to ensure social order. A Lot of the communist ideology is totally opposite and against capitalist views. There is no competition in communism and wages and salaries are equal across all carers and work. In Communist theory, government leaders should only be temporary and used only to gear the population towards true order and then step down and let the work cycle continued. Many of the communist ideology is predominantly theory and is highly criticized by many nations. In today's day and age many countries have decided to opt out of the communist social structure because it is unpractical and does not provide true equality as theorized. Communism was a fairly modern ideology founded only about 120 years ago but has lingered throughout history. The majour man honoured with the creation of communism is Karl Marx...

...Computer Game Addiction - Symptoms, Treatment, & FAQs By Dr. Brent Conrad Clinical Psychologist for TechAddiction What is computer game addiction? Computer game addiction generally refers to an excessive, unhealthy amount of playing computer games. Rather than engaging in the real world, an addicted user devotes the majority of his or her time to gaming. The addicted gamer often isolates him/herself from others, ignores more important responsibilities, and is often obsessed with obtaining higher status / rankings / achievements in his/her favorite computer game. Is computer game addiction a diagnosable disorder? According to the DSM-IV (the current manual for classifying emotional, psychological, and mental disorders), no. Although there have been calls from some mental health professionals (and parents) to recognize computer game addiction as a "real" disorder, it has not been granted official diagnostic status. As more research on the effects of excessive gaming is conducted, many believe that it is only a matter of time before computer game addiction is classified as a compulsive behavior similar to gambling addiction.   What are the symptoms of computer game addiction? Because there is no official diagnosis of computer game addiction, there is obviously no universally agreed upon list of symptoms. Psychologists and other mental health professionals initially adapted the diagnostic criteria for gambling addiction and used this as a rough assessment tool...

Nuclear Iran Deal

...agreement to thwart the Iran Nuclear Programme. The document was published by the U.S. Department of State titled Parameters for a Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action Regarding the Islamic Republic of Iran's Nuclear Program. The agreement itself is very controversial, understandably so however because the agreement is 159 pages in it’s entirety and certainly becomes quite technical very fast. Through this essay I will be reviewing the the details and the politics surrounding the Nuclear Treaty with Iran and asserting my position on it. To review, the deal outlines what measures will specifically be made to prevent Iran from making a nuclear bomb and to avoid a war; and to protect potentially many thousands of lives and dollars. Some of the pros of this agreement are that firstly, the deal will keep Iran from producing enough material (enriched uranium, centrifuges, and plutonium) for a nuclear weapon for at least the next 10 years, and impose the watchful eye of the IAEA (the International Atomic Energy Agency) to provide inspections of Iranian facilities, including their military sites. It also provides a chance to lessen international tensions between Iran and the US, who loving refer the other as “the leading state sponsor of terrorism”, and “the Great Satan”. From the Iranian perspective this deal will also allow the country to reintegrate politically and economically with the rest of the world which will help the country get out of it’s recession, receive an estimated value...

Communism In Russia

...it is still alive in China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, and Vietnam. Under communism China's economy thrives. Their production rates and manufacturing industry is easily one of the most efficient and greatest in the world today. The abundant output of products such as electronics, clothing, toys, and furniture has boosted their economy tremendously. Also, Laos's economy is rapidly growing, with an average 8% increase in growth a year. In communist countries, the focus is on industry and production, ultimately leading to a growing economy, but often the well-being of the workers is disregarded. In history, and still today, the working environment in communist countries is dangerous and nothing short of torture. Receiving little to no pay and deprived of all basic human rights, these citizens are practically slaves. In China, although the economy appears to be thriving, they are still under the harsh rule of a dictator who has no regard for their well-being. In the past, when people of China have tried to stand up for their rights they have been held prisoner for their actions, when trying to simply improve their quality of life. This is also extremely prevalent in North Korea. The citizens have been stripped of all freedoms and their actions are under close watch by the government. They have no choice of religion and those who slander the common religion, government, or dictator himself are arrested and often tortured or even executed. North Korea's economy has failed to get back...
