Proposed who you believe was responsible for the violent deaths of 111 miners in Centralia, Illinois, justify your choice and suggest ways by which the disaster could have been prevented. ~ After reading several articles of the disaster; there could of been several things that could of happen to prevent the violent deaths of 111 miners. The Mining Company; the Government and over all Leadership for not protecting the safety and dangerous conditions of these Miner workers. The Miners had concerns and voice out, pleading for safe working conditions. My belief that all agencies are responsible for this accident (Local, State, and Federal). If the agencies/management took the extra step to study the past history they could of prevented this tragic event. Plans and policy could have been put in place. Safety should have been considered first and for most. From my reading these mining accident had been going on for years and nothing had been done. The writing was on the wall, waiting for it to happen, and it did.

Analyze what the case says about the definition, role and function of public administration in modern society. ~ Modern definitions of public administration have returned to the traditional view, including attention to administrative officials in all branches of government and even focusing on those in nonprofit organizations. From the case definition; the case had none of things in place for the protection of these men. The United Mine worker of America did not do their part in making sure that the public service and safety for these miners were in place. The ball was dropped and lives were lost.

Discussion 2

Describe what Wilson saw as the central problem in creating “good” public administration. The result, according to Wilson, was that it was becoming "harder to run a constitution than to frame one". Wilson saw that too little attention had been paid to administrative questions-the questions of how the government actually operates

According to Wilson, why should a study of public administration is developed in America? Explain the sources and purposes of its development. Woodrow Wilson framed the initial study of public administration in the United States. He felt that while policies were to be debated and decided by politicians, they were to be carried out by a politically neutral, professional bureaucracy. In this way, the everyday conduct of government would be isolated from the potentially corrupting influence of politics.

Speculate about why a business administrator needs to know how government, especially public administration, works. Public administrators work at all levels of government, they manage nonprofit organization, associations, and interest groups of all kinds. The decisions of government affects the environment in which Business operates, but government also specifically regulates many business and of course serves as the biggest single customer of business. Business Administrators recognize that governmental decisions affects the economic climate and governmental decision at all level.

In spite of this, a vast extent of Australians with OSA stay undiscovered and untreated. It additionally affects the general public regarding profitability, economy and social insurance, and hence this issue should be tended to. The existing positional treatment strategies are obtrusive and not exceptionally agreeable to use .This research will report the issue of sleep...
