RECOMMENDATIONS
5.1 Introduction
The recommendation will look through the objectives either achieved or not. The objectives of the study are the percentages of the using the public transportation by residents in daily working trip and leisure trip, also the factors that influences the residents about their satisfaction when using the public transport.
Besides, the recommendation is to propose the mitigation from the problems that be highlighted. Based on the findings it will be as a guideline to create the recommendation, which is to make the study area become improve, lively, sustain and liveable. The recommendation will improve the services of the public transport, to find ways how to attract people more use the public transport and intend …show more content…
5.3.1 Recommendation from the Findings

The recommendation from the findings is to overcome the modal shift from private vehicles to public transport. Also, from that make the suggestion to improve the services of the public transport to make it work better and focused on the safety aspect, so that, the public transport become efficient and effective.

i. Located several stations to make easy to interchange

Most the location of the station only focuses to the centre of the cities from the outer areas. To make the system be more efficient the transit stop also can provide in the outlying areas. It’s easy for people to move from rural area to the cities centre. Besides, it does not make the user need to stay in the city with a high standard living solely far from work places. Although, it’s give other alternatives for the public transportation, if transit line have a problem. So, the problem in the study areas that the public transport does not serve the destinations will overcome and the number of the use public transport can …show more content…
Improve the public spaces
Public spaces are more to social interaction and related with the public life. It’s just like living in the neighborhood area. Besides, public spaces are one of the safe environments for the pedestrians and cycling. This is because people always in the area without any need to worry and the environment in that area become more liveable and active with the variety in daily activity. Otherwise, all people can meet each other either it is personal, social or economic condition.

5.4 Conclusion
Although the number use of private vehicle is still higher but the authority always find any alternatives to attract people only use the public transportation. National Key Economic Area target in 2020 the modal share of public transport will increase 50% as the priority aimed. Besides, Government Transformation Programme also wants increase the use of public transport commuters and raising the modal share to 25% from 12% as an integrated Urban Public Transport (UTP). It can be concluded, the systems, facilities, services and design should be further enhanced by using more efficient methods, which such create objects based on the technology which can communicate with all users public
