• Explain to nursing staff who the champions for purposeful hourly rounding are and who they can come to with any questions and concerns regarding purposeful hourly rounding • The Purposeful Hourly Rounding project was presented to nursing staff during a staff meeting where questions were answered
• A power point was also emailed to all staff on the unit that described purposeful hourly rounding and the role of nursing staff
