The decision criteria important to resolving the problem must be identified.Whether explicitly stated or not,every decision maker has criteria that guide his or her desions.

3.Allocating of Weights to Criteria:
We must weight the items in order to give them the correct priority in the decision. A simple approach is to give the most important criterion a weight of 10 and then assign weight to the rest against that standard.
